Database Usage Terms

Electronic resources provided by Marmara University Library and Documentation Department must be used in accordance with publisher license agreements and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. Commercial use of electronic resources, systematic bulk downloading using automated programs, and sharing database contents or remote access credentials with individuals not affiliated with Marmara University violate copyright laws. Such violations may result in the termination of access to the resource for the entire university and impose legal responsibilities on the user.
